Additional Notes: I spotted the dog (don’t know sex) about 830pm Jan 4th at 20 Russell Street in Dartmouth NS. Tries to approach several times, but was not successful. The dog was only about 7lbs, black (maybe some brown) hair dog with a flatish face. A bit of a barker too! Called 311, hopefully they found him. It is way too cold for the little fellow to spend the night out!
