RAINBOW BRIDGE: Passed Away – It is with a heavy heart we share that Jake has been found. He has passed on after being hit by a vehicle, probably back in February. We send our deepest condolences to Jake’s family, friends and all his fans here that cared and shared his info hoping to get him home. He’s home now, not as we hoped, but he’s home.
