RAINBOW BRIDGE: Passed Away – It is with heavy hearts that Janet and I share that beautiful Mya has been found – she has passed on. We want her family to know that we all send heartfelt condolences and hope that in time, their memories of this big, beautiful girl will only bring happiness. (8.13.14 – 11.3.14)

Sex: Female, Age: 7

Collar/Tags: Collar for wireless fence

Lost on: 08/13/2014

Area:  Hwy 3, Woods Harbour, Shelburne, NS

Additional Notes: Mya is a large black Newfoundland dog with a white patch on her chest. She has long hair and is probably shaggy looking as her hair mattes when she gets wet. She is very friendly and has a shock collar on for an invisible fence

    Has been reported on Facebook of 2 possible sightings around the Acadian Seaplants business in Charlesville!

      Thanks Shelley, I was speaking with her owner and she is actually up in the walking trails behind the Seaplant putting up flyers. Janet

      i was after showing a dog of this breed and size in sydney nova scotia and telling her the store of how they were used in new foundland as a rescue dog for fishermen.i hope this may help you. i will keep my eye open again in case it’s yours.
