Additional Info: There were three dogs, black med -lg breed , long coat ( maybe poodle / spaniel) with red collars wondering on Black River Road in White Rock/ Kings County. All three have quills in their mouths and nose and run when are approached. One of them is hiding in the bush and crying. If you hear of dogs missing fitting this description please pass along this information. Thank you
