Additional Info: “Just a heads up that I was just on the 102 and the SPCA and an individual were trying to catch what looked like a Doberman at the side of the highway. Traffic was very slow almost standstill. If you can pass along for people to be careful. And if anyone has an update I’d love to hear the dog made out ok.”
