Breed or Mix: Lab/Amstaff

Sex: Female, Age: 9 months

Collar/Tags: Maroon collar

Lost on: 11/13/2013

Area: 11 Erncliff Street, Amherst, Cumberland, NS

Additional Notes: Black with a white mark on chest and neck, also very light white mark on chin. Short hair, very friendly. She got out in Amherst and a lady picked her up and gave her to her sister in stewiack, (very long story), and now she is saying the dog got loose in stewiack as well. Been searching ever since and she seems to be no where, my daughter and I are very heart broken.

    This dog was also posted on kijiji as missing but the ad is now gone. Does that mean Onyx was found?

      Hello there, I wish she was found 🙁 my ad was removed as the lady that took hers’ name was mentioned so she is suing me for deformation of character…..I pray everyday that she is found soon 🙁

    i saw a dog that looked like this on kijiji last week. He advertised it as a lab but it looked like it had something else mixed in with it like Amstaff. The ad said he found it and was selling for $200. When I questioned why he was selling a dog he found, he said to mind my own business and that he rescued it from a abusive owner. This same person has other ads on kijiji asking for free dogs and then he sells dogs for money. Sounds suspicious. The kijiji ad is gone now but the guy is located in Amherst.     There is a black lab at the Stewiacke SPCA who is scheduled to be put down tomorrow. Could this be the same dog.

    There is a dog picked up in Halifax held at Homeward Bound City Pound that looks like Onyx. I copied the website address. Please take a look.
