Additional Notes: Small white dog about 12 lbs. Head has been shaved since photo. He’s quite deaf and partially blind.
He’s not timid or afraid of other people and dogs but will usually go after other dogs just to show them
who’s boss. Never prone to wander but we and neighbors have scoured our neighborhood. Our main
hope now is that someone has picked him up

I know the description says collar but I thought that I would double check and make sure it was not a harness?
hi there is a lady that has posted on ur page for ur lost dog that says she has called the Berwick newspaper i believe it was and they need the owner to contact them before they can post anything..hope this helps
