Area: Papermill Lake, Bedford, NS

Additional Notes: Both nervous but very friendly, very gentle dogs. Found roaming and very skittish through backyards and across roads in Papermill Lake area of Bedford. Valley Bulldog is mostly white with brindle markings, the Bulldog is reddish. No collars. Were very playful. Larger dog female, and smaller bulldog was male, unneutered. Found approx. 9:30am this morning. They have been picked up by Animal Control. Just wanted to note that Animal Control officer was amazingly kind and patient with these dogs, especially the big one who didn’t want to get in the kennel. Thank you.

    There was a Halifax kijiji ad posted that his two dogs got out of his back gate. Sounds like the same description of the dogs and are from the Bedford area. There is a contact number on the kijiji ad. I hope these are his dogs and are home safe with their owner!!
