Mabb
HAPPY ENDING: Home; Safe N’Sound! Yippee We are thrilled that Mabb, now known as Racy the Swimmer is back with her family. We thank all that assisted. Good job everyone. “Mabb is now sound asleep nestled up to her sisters on my lap. Thank you so much for all your advice and help. You have been a godsend.”(8.2.13-8.4.13)
Breed or Mix: Papillon/Chihuahua Mix
Sex: Female, Age: 4
Collar/Tags: No tags
Lost on: 08/02/2013
Area: Elmer Drive, Sydney, Cape Breton, NS
Additional Notes: She had a mostly black smooth, long hair coat. She has cataracts so she does not see well at all. She is very skittish and not very approachable, but she loves small bits of apples so you might be able to tempt her with a treat. She also adores potato chips. She is an indoor dog and never spends any time outside except for her walks. She is paper trained so if someone has her, she will only go on the paper, not outside. She weighs approximately 1.5 pounds so she is very tiny and mostly all hair. I am dog sitting for my sister who is in Ontario for her son’s wedding so I don’t want to tell her and spoil her fun. Mabb is from Glace Bay and not familiar with the smells of Sydney. I have combed the neighbourhood well past midnight last night, banged on doors, called radio stations and the SPCA and even the Department of Natural Resources. I am frantic. Please help me bring Mabb home.
