Snoopy
HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!! From the Owner: “Thank you for everything you did to help us find our beagle Snoopy. He was found by a wonderful neighbor tonight and returned home safely. He is thin, dirty and tired but nothing a little TLC won’t fix. Your network works wonders. Thanks for helping us get the word out. Snoopy is sleeping soundly on his bed, with his buddy Caesar by his side.” (3.1.13 – 3.7.13)
Breed or Mix: Beagle
Sex: Male, Age: approximately 3 years old
Collar/Tags: red nylon collar
Lost on: 03/01/2013
Area: 813 Riversdale Poad, Riversdale, Colchester, NS
Additional Notes: Snoopy is approximately 3 years old, weighs about 35 lbs and is wearing a red nylon collar. He is very friendly but may or may not come if you call him. He has the normal markings for a Beagle with long hair. He got out of the house and once he realized he wasn’t on a leash took off. He has ran off before but has never been gone this long. Our other dog Caesar is lost without him.

If you look at the white on these dogs faces, especially the white stripe between the eyes. Thanks for your interest. (AnnM)
still no sign of Snoopy but I am not giving up. please keep your eyes peeled for him.
It has been almost three days since Snoopy ran off. thanks to everyone for helping us look for him. keep us informed if you have any new leads we really appreciate it
hi did you notice there is a beagle found matching your dog description. it is posted on here right under your add. it looks a lot like your add, beagle approx. 3 years old red collar
Note the dogs white stripes between their eyes, these are two different dogs. Thanks though, Ann M.
thanks George but Ann is right, it is not him. It has been four days now but thanks to people like you I still have hope we will get Snoopy home safe and sound. I am trying to get the word out as much as possible so keep up the good work.
day 5 and nothing. We expanded our search by getting in touch with more trappers in the area. Put flyers in the surrounding mailboxes, drove into Pembroke with Caesar and even put a hamburger with cheese out in his dog dish. wherever he is I just wish someone would see him and let us know. At least then we would have an idea where to search. thanks for all your support
it will be 6 days since Snoopy has been home. Please don’t give up on him, we aren’t. keep his picture going so people will continue to search for him. saying a little prayer wouldn’t hurt either.
We heard a knock on the door tonight and there was our angel! A friend of our neighbor was leaving his house and spotted a beagle. He went back inside and told Bobby who came out and scooped him up and brought him home safe and sound. he is very thin, tired and very dirty but nothing a little TLC won’t fix. Both dogs are laying here side by side. Caesar actually looks like he is smiling. A million thanks goes out to everyone who have tirelessly looked for Snoopy. And thank you Lost Dog Network. keep up the amazing work that you do.
