      Hi Jane,

      When the dog is safe and sound inside a home or with Animal Control we call it FOUND: Roaming Dog, and when a dog is just seen roaming the area, but hasn’t been caught we call it “SIGHTED: Roaming Dog”. Hope that helps… this dog is found, and is safe and sound with some nice folks.

        I have contacted the owner who lives in Annapolis Co and lost the dog in Hants will visiting a friend, she is at the friends home so hopefully they get the contact info
