Collar/Tags: A choke chain. Tag fell off when leash broke

Area: Twining Dr, Fall River, Halifax, NS

Additional Notes: He is very friendly. Will come to strangers. He is much more shaggy than the pictures as he needs a haircut badly. But so lovable.
