HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! This dog lives near the park. (1.20.13 – 1.20.13)

Breed:  Golden Retriever Mix

Area:  Mel Braine Field, Evelyn Wood Place, Cole Harbour, HRM, NS

Additional Info:   I was just at Mel Braine field in Cole Harbour with my dog, when a dog that looked to be a golden retriever mix was hanging around off leash all by himself. … He was very friendly and just seemed to want to play. I couldn’t see if he had tags on his collar, but he did have bells on it. I would have gone to check but I couldn’t leave my dog and he doesn’t do well with other dogs.

    The Retriever lives on Caldwell. His backyard backs on to Mel Braine. I returned him to his owner a couple weeks ago.
