Digit: female & Lucky (or Buddy): neutered male
HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!! From the Owner: “Happy News!! At 3pm today Digit was discovered limping towards home. She was dehydrated and had some frostbite and a run in with a porcupine, but after a visit to the emerg vet she is back at home sleeping soundly. Additionally!!! On our way home from the vet we received a call from Steve and Lydia. They had spotted Lucky walking down the middle of Beaverbank road. These gentle hearted strangers scooped him into their car and he has since been reunited with Digit and the family.
