2 female (sisters) hound dogs – 1 named Rosie, 1 named Lucy
HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!!! From the Owners: “Hey guys, as of 8pm on Jan. 6, 2013, our girls have been found and are home safe and sound. Thanks so much to this site and to everybody else out in FB land for spreading the word around to help find our girls. We so appreciate all the kind thoughts and prayers. Our family will sleep well tonight, all of us. Thanks so much to you at the Nova Scotia Lost dog Network. Great organization. Hugs all.” (1.1.13 – 1.6.13)
Breed or Mix: Beagle/Blue Tick
Sex: Female, Age: 6 years old
Collar/Tags: Both are wearing collars and municpal tags.
Lost on: 01/01/2013
Area: East end of Brow Mountain Road, Kentville, Kings County, NS
Additional Notes: The dogs were rabbit hunting with their owners and failed to come out of the woods. The owners searched the area and surrounding areas to no avail. We have returned to the area several times over the last day and have not found the girls. They are members of our family, very beloved, and are very friendly. Rosie can be shy and timid. Lucy is the braver of the two. We would really like to find them and bring them home. Thanks for your help.
