HAPPY ENDING: Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!! This beauty is safe n’ sound and recovering from her frostbite and weight issues.  She is on her way to having a new home, fantastic!! (1.7.13 – 1.7.13)

Breed: Great Dane (Mix?), Blonde

Sex:  ??  Age:  Adult

Collar/Tags/Chip:  Collar

Sighted on:  January 7, 2013 Evening

Area:  Upper Stewiacke, Colchester Co., NS

Additional Info:  FOUND:  Roaming Dog:  On OtterBrook Branch Rd (near Upper Stewiacke). Appears to be fawn color or slightly darker brown.

    You should contact GPAC. The dog (I think) is a greyhound. I know there used to be a foster home in the Upper Stewiacke area and I think it was a local female minister that ran it. She worked with GPAC.

    They are an organization that rescues them from the US tracks. If it is a rescue, they would know right away and be able to help you.

    That minister doesn’t live in Upper Stewiacke anymore.
    Looks like a fawn Great Dane …. Poorly breed to me! I hope she finds a great home, poor thing!
