Sighted: Roaming Dog: Hello, I was walking my dogs today and saw a stray/lost shepherd mix. He was coming from the Akerley Campus in Dartmouth, he crossed Main st and went towards the Westphal area, it was around noon today (Jan 19) He had a collar and tags on, I was unable to get to him but he seems ok and friendly. I had also seen this dog, on the night of January 13 on Main Street. When I tried to get out of my car and coax him over he ran up Montague Rd, and then I couldn’t find him. He had tags and collar.
