SIGHTED: Roaming Dog: Lab, black or brown - Portland St between Gaston & Manor Park, Dartmouth, NS
I just saw (8:45pm Saturday) a roaming lab on Portland St in Dartmouth (between Gaston Rd and Manor Park) But I was unable to stop. It was dark so I couldn’t tell exactly what colour the dog was (I think it was black, but could have been brown) or the colour of the collar.
