HAPPY ENDING: Skye (aka Mandy) is Home Safe n’ Sound thanks to the kind people that took her in during such a storm night. Yippee!!! Thanks also to our member who recognized this dog and was able to notify the owners. I love when this network works so smoothly… fantastic!!
