ROAMING DOG: Kingston/Kings County/Park Rd. Black and white Shih Tzu roaming in her neighborhood for the last 3 day. Sighters have tried to catch it but can’t. If you spot this dog – please call the Kings County Animal Services: 678-3647 – if you can catch this dog that would be best!
