June 14/11 – HAPPY ENDING: Home safe n’ sound:
“At 11:30 tonight our dogs arrived at the door,3 days and 6 hours after they disappeared. We all laughed and cried at the same time. Sophie and Rosa were wet, tired, and hungry and had quite a few ticks on them but were otherwise in very good shape. Rosa was especially traumatized by the whole thing but they are sleeping peacefully now so I would say that we are one lucky family. Thanks to all my friends who gave us much needed support, esp. JoAnne who opened a few doors so that we could get the best help. I will always be grateful.
Yippee!! What wonderful news!! It must have been something to hear the dogs at the door… I would have loved to have been there… fantastic!!

LOST DOGS: Two English Setters from Greenfield, Queens County. Rosa: Orange Ticked, female, spayed 1 yr old and Sophie, her Mother, Black Ticked, female spayed, 3 yr old. The girls have been missing since Friday, June 10, 2011. The dogs are very friendly and are most likely very frightened being away from home so long. PLEASE contact us if you have any information regarding the whereabouts of our dogs. Thanks.
“Both dogs have been spayed, are wearing collars with dog registration tags (Queens County), are friendly and won’t bite. They also love to hunt and can travel far in a few days. Say a big prayer for them!”
