Resolved: This was Bindi who is now home safe and sound! Thanks to our tipster which helped bring Bindi home!

I don’t have the dog in my possession.
If anyone has lost a black and white border collie, I saw one running at large around the SuperStore area off Portland Street. We tried to catch him/her, but the dog was panicked and on the run. The dog was muddy and frightened. S/he was last seen on Eisener Blvd.
