Additional Notes: Golden color with white spot under chest. Medium length, soft hair. Floppy ears. Looks to be well taken care of as nails are cut and his hair is well groomed although it appears he does have fleas. Was found roaming around the houses near Waterville post office. Very friendly and walks well on leash. Found at around 430 on August 30, 2014.
