HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!!  Ruger made it home… well almost, he was found on a neighbours deck.  Close enough!! Thanks for sharing everyone! (3.11.13 – 3.12.13)

Sighted on: Feb. 6, 2013 around 8:00 pm

Area:  Old School Rd., Tantallon, HRM, NS

Additional Info: There was a beige/light brown amstaff cross running down Peggy’s Cove Road (close to the crossroads at Highway 3) about an hour ago (8pm). Tried to get it, but it’s very scared and on the run. Blue collar, I think – couldn’t tell gender. Looks like it’s left leg is either sore, or it’s just really cold. We did manage to corral it off the highway and onto Old School Road. Better chance it will find a safe place for the night.
