This was the FB post about it that was being shared around: “There are two dogs roaming near the Mt. Pleasant Community Hall. One is a small black and white. The other is a taller slender possibly black, brown, and white. But it is difficult to determine actual colour at this hour of the night. Anyone know who owns them?”
