Additional Notes: This dog is long legged; black with a small white star shape on his chest. Smooth coat. MALE: Labrador Retriever mix, 6-8 months (?), black coat with a slight white blaze on neck and chest, was not wearing a collar. Found roaming on Jan.21/18.
